- “Client,” “You,” “Your” refers to the individual or entity purchasing our services.
- “Services” refers to the AI portrait creation and any associated products or services we offer.
- “Artwork” refers to the digital or printed portrait created using our AI technology.
2. Service Description
- We offer AI-generated portraits in both digital and printed formats based on the photographs and text provided by the client.
3. Ordering and Payment
- All orders must be accompanied by full payment.
- We offer up to two minor revisions at our discression.
- All sales are final, and no refunds will be provided after the artwork has been generated.
4. Delivery
- Digital files will be delivered via email within 7 days.
- Printed portraits will be posted to the address provided by the client within 14 Days.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
5. Usage Rights
- The client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- The client may not resell, redistribute, or use the artwork for commercial purposes without our written consent.
- We retain all rights to the artwork and may use it for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
6. Limitation of Liability
- We are not responsible for any damage or loss of data resulting from the use of our services.
- Our liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the amount paid by the client.
7. Privacy
- We respect the privacy of our clients and will not sell the AI portrait without explicit consent.
- The AI portrait may be used for promotional purposes. The client may opt-out by emailing us.
8. Warranty
- The print is an exhibition-quality Giclée print, printed with a professional inkjet printer on archival art paper. It’s really good!
- We guarantee the quality of our printed portraits. If there are any defects in the print, we will replace it at no additional cost.
- We do not guarantee that the AI-generated portrait will be an exact likeness of the provided photograph.
9. Indemnification
- The client agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from the use of our services.
10. Amendments
- We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
